Roof Terrace
Our capacity on the Roof ranges from 12 or more guests for seated, smaller semi-exclusive bookings, to larger standing events, with some limited seating, for a maximum of 195 guests.
Our stunning Roof Terrace is an all-year round, fully indoor space, with unimpeded sea views, which can be transformed in Summer with a retractable roof and glass French doors that can be opened to let the outside in. Ready for whatever the weather, it also features a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea with ‘lounge’ style weatherproof furniture.
The Lounge
The Lounge area is located in our ground floor Bar & Kitchen. Capacity for smaller standing events, with some limited seating, ranges from 15 – 30 guests.
Our Lounge is a sumptuous, relaxed space overlooking the gorgeous Branksome beach. From here, sliding doors open onto a covered outside terrace where guests can spill out and enjoy the sea views. Or, for those winter months, the Lounge fire can be lit to add a touch of cosiness to your event.
